Ben Sharpe
Ben is the Head of Sport Science at SPT and also serves as the High-Performance Manager for the Oakleigh Chargers Football Club. Prior to this Ben has worked as a strength and conditioning coach at the Richmond Football Club.
Ben's area of expertise is centred around bridging the gap that exists between hands on coaches and sports scientists. He has an interest in educating athletes and club officials from a grassroots level all the way to the elite athlete pathway.
Ben is striving to implement best practice and appropriate implementation of GPS technology, he understands that GPS outputs need to be simplified and tailored to suit the needs of individual clubs and users.
Joe Eisenmann - Former Director of High Performance at USA Football
A scholar-practitioner-leader with 25 years experience in Sports Science, 180+ scientific publications cited over 10,000 times, and 40+ invited national and international lectures.
Joe possesses a diverse skill-set that includes exercise physiology, human growth & maturation, epidemiology, talent identification, testing & assessment, data science, and strength & conditioning.
Alongside the academic underpinnings, also works "in the trenches" with coaches and athletes on a daily basis, and collaborates with sports medicine staff and others using a holistic, integrated approach to athlete development.
